Being a teacher is “very demanding,” Mr. Ross Buchinger said. “A majority of the time, it is mentally demanding trying to ensure the best for all students, but it also is physically demanding especially being a physical education teacher,” he said. Buchinger finds Appleton North extremely blessed in both athletics and academics. Holding very high standards for students is very stressful because of the ease of failure, but Buchinger ensures students’ success. “Seeing students succeed is incredibly rewarding,” he said.
