Hi, my name is Kyra (Ki-rah). I am currently a senior at Appleton North. Although this is my first year being involved in the Noctiluca, I've always had a passion for writing. I took a creative writing class last year, which really helped my writing techniques. I realized during that class, that prose and slam poems are my favorite things to write. I hope to contribute new fresh ideas to the Noctiluca. When I’m not writing, I’m working at a movie theater or taking pictures. I love taking pictures of nature and animals to give a new perspective on things. In the years to come after high school, I want to become a culinary chef or an interior designer. For the duration of this year, I hope to bring photography and interesting stories to the Noctiluca this year.
