Another four years have passed, and once again the United States is facing what looks to be a close race in the presidential election. Although some states stay consistent with which party they prefer, Wisconsin tends to fluctuate between parties, making it a swing state. Swing states are states that could go either way in the election, meaning they are prime campaign spots for presidential candidates. If you are 18 or over and eligible to vote in Wisconsin, your vote matters a great deal.
As it stands, key issues in this election will be immigration policy, abortion, and the economy. Each candidate has their own views on these topics, so research before you make your vote and decide what matters to you. Remember to obtain your information from a credible, unbiased source. Highly polarized news sources such as Fox News and MSNBC are extremely unreliable as they lean towards opposite ends of the political spectrum.
