Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 broccoli crowns
½ tsp salt
1 can of cream of chicken soup
⅓ cup of mayo
½ tsp curry powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
Recipe: Break cauliflower and broccoli into flowerets and boil in water for five minutes. Drain well, then add into a greased 9×13 pan.
To make the sauce, combine the salt, can of cream of chicken soup, mayo, curry powder, and shredded cheddar cheese. Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Then, mix the bread crumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over the sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
