The Appleton Youth Education Initiative will be hosting a speaker from a professional education consulting firm to help answer student questions about applying to college. The private education consulting firm, College Connectors, has put together a presentation entitled “Myths About the College Application Process”, designed to reveal the ins and outs of the college application process.

The event will be held at Appleton West High School in the LGI on Monday, November 30th at 7 p.m. and is open to students from all grades, and parents as well. The presentation will cover topics such as: admission criteria, merit and need based aid, and how to successfully plan out an application strategy!
