If you plan to take an AP test this spring, all AP registration forms and payments are due in the main office by February 24th. Please see your AP teacher for forms or pick one up in the main office.

Lovestruck week  Be sure to show your school spirit by participating in the dress up days.  Friday will be Red, white, and pink to celebrate Valentine’s Day.  The pep rally will be the highlight of the fun filled week so be sure to show your competitiveness.  Student Council hopes you have a great Lovestruck week!

Pastabilities!! Fuel up with warm Meatballs Romano: hot pasta topped with spicy red sauce and baked meatballs! AND Spaghetti Carbonara: Yummy cheesy Alfredo sauce, with BACON, peas and diced chicken. Come on in and feel the love! ONLY HERE FEB. 8th-19th.

This week during Love Struck – HOSA will be selling chocolates to that will be specially delivered on Friday, Feb. 12th.  Be sure to stop by the commons during your lunch hour to have chocolate delivered to your love, crush or friend for only $1.00!  All proceeds will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

This week during Love Struck Week, the World Language Department will be selling Bon Bons after school near the Student Services Office for $1.00/package.  Three flavors are available—blue raspberry, strawberry, watermelon.

All sophomores and juniors that have taken the PSAT’s the results are in.  Please stop by counseling office and pick them up.

 Attention North Students—Singing Telegrams will be on sale this week during the lunch hours in the commons.  Send a song to your sweetie for only $3.00! Telegrams will be delivered to classes on Friday of this week.

Alliance: Throughout Lovestruck week stop by the commons during your lunch hour and buy one of Alliance’s brand new “Love Knows No Gender” bracelets for only a dollar!

Gender Equality Club is selling bags of Chex Mix during all lunch hours all week, stop by our stand to buy some and learn more!

For those junior who are wanting some help with ACT Writing, Mrs. Marzullo will be having ACT Writing Prep Class during I/E Time on February 11, 18, and 25th. Please sign up with your homeroom teacher to schedule!

There will be tennis open hitting from 5-6 PM on Friday, Feb. 12th at Fox Cities Racquet Club.  Anybody interested is welcome to come.  See Mr. Burt if you have any questions.

Congratulations to Jaden Burgess-Eisch. He is having an awesome powerlifting year so far. He has broken many state records and qualified for Nationals. Nice Job Jaden!!

Spring Sport Athletes: Please make note of the baseline concussion testing times.  

February 24th at 3:45 in room 2313 – Track and Softball

March 9th at 3:45 in room 2313 – Girls Soccer and Baseball

March 16th at 3:45 in room 2313 – Golf and Tennis

Testing takes 30-45 minutes

If you are a FRESHMAN or a JUNIOR who did not play a fall or winter sport, you MUST test this spring. If you had a concussion in the previous season, you need to retest this spring. If you are a sophomore or a senior who have never played a sport at Appleton North, you need to tell this spring as well.
