Humans of Appleton North: Sarah Fieweger

“Me and my family were underneath the Eiffel Tower, when all of the sudden, a man came up offering an exclusive tour service. ‘A van will come and pick you up,’ the man said. Shortly after, an old, dirty station wagon pulled up to us and the driver had us all cram in. He made me sit in the trunk even though there was room in the front seats, which was strange. The driver then proceeded to fumble around with a bunch of old newspaper clippings, for seemingly no reason. After driving around aimlessly for about a half of an hour, we were dropped off in front of the Louvre Art Museum. This is one of the most peculiar things that has ever happened to me, but still one of the most memorable. It seems as though that my love for travel transcends my trust for strangers. It was like a scene out of Taken.”
