November 16, 2016
“Volleyball means the world to me. I have dedicated countless days and hours of my life playing this sport. I have been playing for so long and love it more and more each day,” says Jenna Miller. Jenna is a middle hitter on our varsity girls volleyball team here at North. She had started playing volleyball in fifth grade at her elementary school, Catholic Central. As many of her teammates would agree, Jenna says “I would consider myself one of the leaders on the team. I feel that I am a person my teammates can go to for anything, in volleyball or in their daily lives”. Jenna has had some very impressive career stats in her years playing here at North: 799 kills, a hitting percentage of .411, 132 solo blocks, 197 total blocks, and 85 aces. She has earned herself the titles of All State, All Conference, and All Area Honors. Although she is unsure of where she would like to play, Jenna plans to continue her volleyball career in College.
