Road construction on County JJ will limit access to Appleton North’s campus this summer, but all work should be completed before the beginning of next school year, according to the Outagamie County Highway Department.

Here is an updated schedule:

• June 12 to early July – Outagamie County is scheduled to close and reconstruct the remaining segment of County JJ from the school driveway west to Ballard Road.  No access will be possible to the driveways.
• Early July to Aug. 15 – Ptaschinski Construction, Inc. from Beaver Dam will place concrete pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalks.
• Aug. 15 to early September – Outagamie County will finish construction and landscaping.  All roadways are planned to open for the Labor Day weekend and be open for the first day of school.  Daytime lane closures may occur after the road is open for final landscaping activities.

County JJ will be detoured via Ballard Rd, I-41, and County N.
