United advances to the Finals

Appleton United captured it’s first ever WIAA State Championship on Saturday afternoon. United defeated Hudson 2 to 1.

Appleton United will be playing for the gold, come Saturday afternoon. United shutout University School of Milwaukee on Thursday 6 to 0 and defeated Eau Claire Memorial 4 to 1 on Friday night.

United will face Hudson on Saturday afternoon. The puck will drop at 2:15 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison.
