As the lockers are cleared and backpacks are emptied, it’s safe to say summer is on it’s way. In the graduating class of 2017, there is a student named Shay Hendricks. This student in particular never fails to leave a positive impact on everyone he encounters with motivating speeches he gives to the class to get them through their day.  In Shay’s sociology class, he teacher assists for, the students especially recognized their TA’s peppy personality and wanted to honor him before he continues his journey beyond high school to college with planning a surprise party for Shay and all the hard work he has done for the class.
