Hi there! My name is Sydney Pomrening. This is my second and final year contributing to the newspaper, for I am a senior.  I’m a contributor for Noctiluca, I’m a student in the fifth hour Journalism class at North, and I’m one of the lead editors for Borealis (the literary magazine). I procrastinate on writing my articles and short stories by playing video games, singing, discovering new music, browsing social media, practicing drums, and learning as much as possible. Besides Noctiluca, I participate in Swim & Dive Team and am a percussionist of the Appleton North Lightning band all while balancing a job at Mark’s East Side. I look forward to another wonderful year working on the newspaper!
